DECLARATION BY BELGIUM.
Brussels, April 29. M. Spaak, Belgian Foreign Secretary, aimouncing the Anglo-French declaration in the Chamber of Deputies, said: "Belgium seeks nothing but peace. She knows the task will not be ended until a formula to which Germany will subscribe has been found."
