QUESTION OF AGREEMENT ARGUED COURT RESERVES ITS DECISION.
Wellington, Last Night. The evidence having been concluded yesterday afternon, legal argument was taken in the Supreme Court to-day in the case in which the Masterton Pieture and Entertainment , Co. Ltd. proceeded against William Robert Kemball, company director, Wellington. Decision was reserved. The company claimed the rescission of an alleged agreement between it and Kemball, a director ,of the company at the time, under which the company took 10,000 £1 shares in the Majestic Theatre (Wellington) Ltd., and sought repayment of the £10,000 paid or £10,000 damages.
