"RANGLE RIVER" TO-MORROW. "Come and Get lt," Samuel Goldwyn's production of Eclna Ferber's colourful novel of the lumber camps, which stars Edward Arnold, Joel McCrea and Frances Farmer, will be shown at the Plaza Theati-e, Stratford to-day. Arnold has his greatest role as Barney Glasgow, the great lumber baron, who in his youth had given up love for power, and years later is mocked by his own decision when he falls madly in love with the daughter of the woman he once loved, and fmds lfis own son his successful rival. Joel McCrea is seen as the son, and Frances Farmer, the lovely blonde newcomer, plays both tlie mother and daughter Arnold loves. Mady Christians, versatile Viennese actress, is seen in the important featured role of Aunt Karie, and Walter Brennan, the unforgettable "Old Atrocity" of "Barbary Coast," has his best role to date as "Swan," the colourful olcl Swedish lumberpian. prominently cast are Mary Nash, the distinguished stage star, Frank Shields, the tennis ace, and Andrea Leeds, the beautiful new Goldwyn discovery. A location unit risked their lives in the dense woods of Northern Idaho to get authentic lumher camp sceries for "Come and Get It." Edna Ferber, who wrote "Cimarron," "So Big" and 'Show Boat," personally supervised the adaptation of her latest novel to the screen by Jules Furthman and Jane Murfin. Zane Grey's 'Rangle River" will be screened at the Plaza tomorrow. Victor Jory, Margaret Dare and Robert Coote have the leading roles in the film.
