PARLIAMENT AEY ASSOCIATION. DEBATES UPON MANY SUBJECTS.

Rec. 5.5 p.m. London, April 28. The Empire Parliamentary Conference, which will include all party representatives and every Dominion and Colony, mostly back benchers, but including a member of the Cabinet from each Dominion, will open at Westminster on May 3 and condude on May 7, when His Majesty w/ uttend a luncheon in Westminster Hall to the 65 delegates and their wives. The conference will embrace daily debates on a wide range of subjects in which the delegates will speak freely. The speeches will not be reported.
