COASTAL MOVEMENTS.
I The Hauturu arrived at New Plymouth yesterday moming from Onehunga and began discharge of 250 tons of general cargo. After loading 60 tons at New Plymouth she will leave to-day for Wanganui. The vessel will return to New Plymouth from Onehunga next Wednesday. (Northern Co.). The Canopus was unable to complete discharge of Westport coal at New Plymouth on Wednesday night and was Echeduled to sail last night for Auckland. (Westport Coal Co.). The Kaimai was expected to sail from New Plymouth for Greymouth last night. (U.S.S. Co.). The Port Whangarei will arrive at New Plymouth from Wellington on May 6 to discharge general southern cargo. She will then work in conjunction with the Holmlea on the Dunedin-New Plymouth service. (Hooker Bros.). The Holmlea will load general cargo ai southern ports and is expected at New Plymouth on May 8. (Hooker Bros.). The Waipahi is now loading in the South and will arrive at New Plymouth via intervening ports on May 8. (U.S.S. Co.). The Poolta will arrive at New Plymouth from Napier with Westport coal next month. (U.S.S. Co.).
