Hastings, April 28. Tlie appointment of Mr. E. F. Harvie, at present flying instructor tq the Manawatu Aero Club, as flying Instructor to the Hawkes Bay and Eagt Coast Aero Club, is announced. Mr. Harvie replaccs Flight-Lieutenant A. G. Rawnsley.
