. ARREST ON ENTERING ENGLAND CARRIED DETAILS OF NEW BULLET

London, April 27. A German, Otto Karl Ludwig, who was arrested on April 12 under the Official Secrets Act,' was discharged to-day. The Director of Public Prosecutions decided that there was no evidence and asked for i dismissal of the qharge. It was revealed that Ludwig had blueprints of an armour-piercing bullet but the prosecution was satisfied that he was entitled to have them.
