SWAN DELL OFFERING

TWO WELL BRED BULLS . Mr. C'. Jordan of the Swan Dell stud Lower Mangorei is represented by a small but select consignment comprising one two-year-old and one yearling bull. Both are by Meon Marcus, q son of the imported Brampton Dreaming Sam, who left his mark on Colonel Weston's stud. The dam of Meon Marcus, Meon Oenone has a C.O.R. record of 3851b fat at six years. The yearling bull submitted, Swan Dell Larrie, is a specially good bull being out of Swan Dell Ella a Peggy Squire's daughter, one of the best cows Mr. Jordan ever owned. Her test at the Mangorei factory last year was 6.3. She goes back to Lady Peggy, with three C.O.R. records totalling 19091b fat in three years up to four-year-old. The two-year-old bull Swan Dell Kurapat is out of Swan Dell Iris, which goes back to the imported The Squire.
