In a Sheffield Shield cricket match against South Australia, which made 575, New South Wales in the first innings lost eight wickets for 324. Little made 76, Fallowfield 54, R. Robinson 102, and White 22 not out. ■ QUEENSLAND FOLLOW ON. MATCH AGAINST VICTORIA. Rec. 11 p.m, Melbourne, Dec. 20. Playing against Victoria, which made 522 in the first innings of a Sheffield Shield match, Queensland in the first innings made 184. C. Andrews scored 46, D. Tallon 26 and J. Christy 28. Smith took three wickets for 57, Gregory, three for 46 and Plant two for 26. Queensland followed on and in the second innings made 105 for one wicket. Allen is 61 not out and Andrews 37 not out.
