PROGRAMME AT STRATFORD. * PUBLIC RECEPTION AT KING’S. The programme approved for the visit of the Governor-General and Lady Galway to Stratford to-day is:— 11 a.m.: Arrival at Stratford. ViceRegal party to be met at County Hotel by the Mayor, Mr. J. W. McMillan, and Miss Molly McMillan; the town clerk, Mr. P. Skoglund, and Mrs. Skoglund; the chairman of the Stratford County Council, Mr. T. R. Anderson, and Mrs. Anderson; the chairman ,of the Whangamomona County Council, Mr. N. R. Cleland, and Mrs? Cleland. 11.15 a.m.: The party will leave the County Hotel and wail to the King’s Theatre, inspecting school children en route. At the theatre .a short address of welcome will be given by. the Mayor at about 11.30 a.m. After the reception formal introductions will be made to Their Excellencies. An inspection of the ; J roll of honour will be made before the party returns to the County Hotel for luncheon as the guests of the borough ■'. / council. Following lunch the party will drive / r 1 to the plateau and then proceed to Daw- ;j son Falls. The Mayor asks that the public attend j in force at the theatre at 11.30 aan. and - give a rousing welcome to Their Excellencies.
