SALVATIONISTS’ ANNIVERSARY. The birthday of the late Envoy Jenkins, founder of the Eltham Salvation Army Boys’ Home, was celebrated last Friday by a party at the horn . the Mayoress, Mrs. I. J. Bridger, presiding. There was a large attendance. A programme of items was given by Misses K. Butler, G. Rankin, J. Peacock, L. Carman, A. Wuson, N. Fake, E. Rankin, W. Carman, Mrs. J. A. Rankin, Mr. F. Silver, Mr. H. Murray and Mr. Dick Silver. There was also community singing led by Mr. H. Jenkins.
