BOWLING PUNISHED
URENUI TEAM DEFEATS OKOKE.
QUICK SCORING FOR GOOD WIN.
Playing at'Urenui.at the week-end the UrenUi cricket team defeated Okoke by 28 runs in a single innings match. Okoke batted first and compiled 84 runs. P. Page and C. Collingwood, who opened for Okoke, put on 45 runs before Page was run out. The remainder of the team offered a stout resistance, but runs came slowly, the team being all out for 84. With an hour left for play the Urenui batsmen opened briskly and punished the bowling severely, putting on 112 runs for the loss of four wickets. D. Jonas 37 and R.
