SPORTS DAY AT WELLINGTON. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Nov. 5. The senior mile record standing since 1902 was broken at the Wellington College sports to-day by R. A. Longley, whose time was 4.49 3-s'. The previous record was 4.50 1-5, made by L. Blundell. New time for the junior mile, 5.10 1-5, was established by B. J. Warring.
