20 MISSING COWS IN WAIRARAPA. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, October 29. Mr. Justice Reed sentenced Harry Leo Biggar, aged 30, labourer, drover and dealer, to two years’ reformative detention for receiving 20 cows valued at £lOO, the property of Quentin Donald, Wairarapa, knowing them to have been dishonestly obtained.
