COMMERCIAL TRUSTS

RECOMMENDATION AGAINST BILL. EVIDENCE NOT YET ANALYSED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Oct. 25. Mr. A. D. McLeod (Coalition, Wairarapa), on behalf of the Industries and Commerce Committee of the House of Representatives reported to-day that the cc hpiittee had considered the Commerciti Trust Amendment Bill, but because of the large amount of evidence tendered ■to the committee and the limited time, available to go into it very thoroughly it recommended that the Bill should not be allowed to proceed.
