OLD BOYS’ CRICKET
HAWERA TO PLAY WANGANUI. In the first of what is hoped will become annual fixtures the Hawera Old Boys senior eleven will meet a Wanganui Old Boys team in a cricket match at King Edward Park on Monday. PJay will be on the Longburn wicket and will begin at 10.30 in the morning. The Hawera team will be H. Barker, W. Barker, L. Duke, D. Buist, C. Sturrock, J. Herbert, R. Thomas, C. Allen, P. Evans, A. Sargeson.
