Mr. J. W. M. Dart, selected by a meeting on Friday as National Government candidate for Mid-Canterbury has notified headquarters that owing to business reasons he is unable to accept nomination.
THIRD PAHIATUA CANDIDATE.
Pahiatua, Oct. 15.
Mr. Robert J. Franklin, aged 25, a sheep farmer of Porangahau, is the third candidate for the Pahiatua seat. He is standing as an Independent.
