MOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Taranaki County Council held on the 11th day of October, 1935, the following resolution was passed pursuant to the powers conferred upon it by section 9 of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act 1932-33, and will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting to be held on Monday the 4tb day of November, 1935, at 2 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Robe Street, New Plymouth, viz:— That pursuant to Part 11. of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act 1932-33 and the Taranaki County Loans Conversion Order, 1935, the Taranaki County Council resolves to issue new securities in conversion of the existing securities issued in respect of the loans set out in the First Schedule of the aforementioned Order on the terms and conditions set out in that Order.
