CABINET DISPLACED

POLITICAL REORGANISATION PLAN.

POLISH PRESIDENT A DICTATOR.

By Telegraph—PreSs Assn—Copyright. London, Oct. 14.

A Polish Ministry headed by M. Zyn-dram-Koscikowski has displaced Colonel Slawek’s Cabinet, marking the end of the political reorganisation of Poland. A Parliamentary democracy on the French pattern is succeeded by a strong central executive with absolute power in the hands of President Moscicki and the Cabinet, which is responsible to him.

The new Parliament elected in September plays a most minor role in governing the country.
