JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT
CLAIMS MADE AT NEW PLYMOUTH.
Undefended civil claims were dealt with in the New Plymouth Magistrate’s Court yesterday, judgment by default being given by Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M., as follows:— Sarah Elizabeth Ellis v. J. H. Clements, £8 (costs £f 12s 6d); C. C. Ward Ltd. v, J. Catley, £1 7s 3d (8s); Taranaki Trade Association Ltd. v. R. F. Roebuck, £3 0s
7s (£1 5s 6d); Whites Ltd. v. Maud Crockett (separate estate), £1 0s Id (13s).
Under judgment summonses Robert Fulton was ordered to pay Roy J. Daisley £1 0s Gd forthwith, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment; F. C. Fraser was ordered to pay Roy J. Daisley £1 2s 4d in default 48 hours’ imprisonment.
