SENTENCE POSTPONED

DRUNK IN CHARGE OF MOTOR-CAR.

Sentence was again deferred by Mr. W. H. Woodwar !, S.M., when a man whose name was suppressed appeared in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday for sentence on a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car in Devon. Street early on Saturday morning. When he, appeared in Court later that day he pleaded guilty.
