Real Estate Charges.
The necessity for a uniform scale of charges throughout the Dominion was stressed at the annual meeting of the
Auckland branch of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand by the president of the New Zealand body, Mr. J. G. Harcourt. The objects for pressing for uniformity were two, said Mr. Harcourt — the avoidance of confusion and the safeguarding of the branches. Auckland delegates who are to attend the conference to be held at Wellington were authorised to vote as they thought fit in the matter.
