Moloney, two of the three occupants of the transcontinental Monospar aeroplane which was wrecked when making a forced landing 40 miles from habitation bn a flight from Darwin to Adelaide, stated that while they were guarding the wrecked plane they killed a young crocodile consigned, by the plane to Adelaide, and ate portions of it. Messrs. Mather, Moloney and Renfrey (the last-named walked across the desert for help and was found by a search party) have now recovered from their ordeal.
