WAITARA DANCE SUCCESS
✓ RETURNEt/ SOLDIERS’ GATHERING, About 150 couples' attended the oldtime dam-2 in the Clifton hall, Waitara, on ..Monday night. The dance was most successful, the receipts- being about £2-1. Of this sum the Mayor’s Relief Fund will receive £l5 or £l6. The music was provided by Rowe’s orchestra, extras beipg played by Mrs. C. M. Whyte. Mr. E. W. Waters was master of ceremonies,' Supper was provided by a committee comprising Mesdajnes I. G. Prichard (Convener), W. L. Wright, T. J. Wood, A. Anderson, J. R. Bennett, H. West, C. M. Whyte and D, Read.
