EGMONT LICENSING

TWO APPLICATIONS DECIDED. The quarterly sitting of the Egmont Licensing Committee was held at Eltham yesterday, when the issue of a license for the Club Hotel, Opunake, was granted to Mr. E, F. de Tourret (Mr. McCormick). A transfer of the license of this hotel was granted to Mr. J. Darragh. A permanent transfer of the license of the Oakura Hotel from Mr. H. L. Kasper to Mr. W. G. Emeny (Mr. F. S. Grayling) was granted. There were present Messrs. W. H. Woodward, S.M., T. C. Stapners, N. C. Innes, E. A. Collins, A. W. Packard and J. Young.
