BRITISH TELEGRAPH CHARGES. . MANY MORE MESSAGES SENT. I British Official Wireless. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, Aug. 28. In the ten weeks since the Post Office made a reduction on inland telegraph charges 2,128,000 more telegrams were dispatched than at the corresponding period of last year, an increase of 29.4 per cent.
