Otago beat Southland 3-1. Wellington beat Southland 10-9. . Canterbury beat Hawkes Bay 15-10. Auckland beat Poverty Bay 16-6. Wellington beat Waikato 24-9. Hawkes Bay beat Poverty Bay 19-8. Canterbury beat Waikato 17-12. Auckland drew with Otago 13-13. , SECOND GRADE. Section One. Ashburton beat North Auckland 20-9. Southland Minor beat Manawatu 22-12. Wairoa beat Bush 13-6.
