New Member Elected.
To fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. J. T. Belcher, Cardiff, one of the Stratford County Council representatives on the east committee of the Egmont National Park Board, Cr. W. Vickers was appointed by the council on Saturday. The council expressed its appreciation of Mr. Belcher’s services and its regret at his retirement
