HANDICAPS FOR TO-MORROW. ’ By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. The Canterbury Jockey Club’s handicaps for the third day (Saturday) are:—

He meant that there was nothing in the Act requiring the objector to state in advance the grounds of his objections.
