TELEPHONE CONCESSION
BRITISH POSTAL TRICENTENARY. British Wireless. Rugby, July 31. To mark the tricentenary of the Post Office as a public service, the PostmasterGeneral, Major G. C. Tryon, announced in the House of Commons new concessions affecting the telephone service in rural areas and having the effect of reducing charges for subscribers distent from exchanges by amounts varying from £1 to £8 annually. Cali office facUiHes will also be increased. ;
