NAVAL APPOINTMENTS
OFFICERS ON AUSTRALIAN SHIPS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 12.10 a.m. London, Aug. 2. Lieut.-Commander Thurjby, commander of H.MS. Hussar, will relieve Commander Spurgeon aboard H.M.A.S. Brisbane, who replaces Commander Farncomb on H.M.AE. Australia. Commander Farncomb has been appointed to the Admiralty staff.
