HITLER ATTACKED
“THIS MADMAN OF GERMANY.” AMERICAN POLITICIAN SPEAKS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Washington, July 25. Andther reverberation of the Congressional reaction to the German situation occurred to-day, when Mr. Dickstein, a member of the House of Representatives, attacked the anti-religious activity of the Reich, called Herr Hitler “This madman of Germany,” and accused him of “cold-blooded murder.” Immediately Mr. Blanton admonished Mr. Dickstein and advised that America “should mind her own business.” He pointed out that only a State department could handle foreign affairs, and that Mr. Dickstein had no authority to make charges against Herr Hitler even if they were justified.
