PRICKLY ACACIA: To obtain best results medium sized plants 9 to 15 inches are best suited and should be planted end of August or early September when all danger of heavy frosts are over. Prickly Acacia like boxthom requires careful attention for the first twelve months after planting. Plante should be placed twelve inches apart in the row. It is essential to start trimming in tne early stages when plants are about eighteen inches high.
