TRADE AGREEMENT

The United States and Russia. have signed a trade agreement which is expected to treble the trade between the two countries. It pledges the Soviet to buy £6,000,000 worth of goods in.the United States in the next 12 months. The agreement does not mention the Imperial Russian debt of £140,000,000. ,
