LYSNAR’S CASE AGAINST BANK. NOT ENTITLED TO FULL SCALE. By Telegraph-Press Association. Wellington, July 12. In the case of W. D. Lysnar v. the National Bank of New Zealand, in which the Court of Appeal on July 3 heard a dispute concerning the amount of costs to which Lysnar was entitled, the court this morning fixed the costs at 22 guineas and disbursements, holding that Lysnar was not entitled to the full scale as he was not now a practising solicitor.
