FITZROY CONCERT
PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH EVENT, An enjoyable evening was spent at Knox Presbyterian Church, Fitzroy, on Thursday when a concert was given in aid of the Sunday school building fund before a fairly large audience. The items were: Mr. Colin Campbell, pianoforte solos; the busy bees of the church under the guidance of Miss Williamson and Mrs. Collins, a display of the work they had done and which would be sent away to the Mission Fields; Mr., Peatie, mouth organ; Miss Dulcie Burrows, elocutionary items; J. Abum, violin solos; J. Cobb, recitations; Mr. F. Cleland, tenor solos; Misses Ward and Joan Gould, pianoforte duet The Biblical play “The Rich Young Ruler” was presented by the young people of the Salvation Army.
