“SHARK ARM” CASE AT SYDNEY. INDISPOSITION OF MAGISTRATE. By Telegraph—Press Assn .—Copyright. Rec. 8 p.m. Sydney, July 11. The magisterial inquiry into the SUP’posed death of James Smith was to-day adjourned till Monday on account of the magistrate’s indisposition. Members of the magistrate’s family stated that he received an injury to his shoulder in a fall on Tuesday.
