CONSTITUTION OF BOARD. ' 4 APPOINTMENTS ANNOUNCED By Telegraph—Press Association, Wellington, Last Night. The following members have been appointed to the Teachers’ Appeal Board: chairman, Mr. Thomas Richard Cresswell; representative of the Education Department, Mr. Alexander Bell; representative of teachers of secondary schools, Messrs. Frank Hyde Campbell and John Alexander Colquhoun; technical schools, Misses Thomas, Brinsley, Bowling and Alfred Morris Jones; primary schools, Messrs. William Fulton Abel, Francis Albert Garry, George Frederick Griffiths and Margaret Emma Magill.
