Heroine for Noel Coward.
After one of the most careful tests ever made, Julie Haydon was awarded the coveted ; feminine lead opposite Noel Coward in his forthcoming picture, “Miracle on 49th Street.” Miss Haydon appeared as Titania in Max Reinhardt’s “Midsummer Night’s Dream” in Hollywood, where she previously had won acclaim in “Autumn Crocus” with Francis Lederer.
