Miss N. McKenzie has taken up her duties at Croydon school; Mi&s R. Morrison is staying at Ratapiko and is the guest of Mrs. J. Morrison. Mrs. J. Savage, Manganui Road, is on holiday. Mrs. Cullen, Pio Pio, accompanied by Mrs. C. K. Wilson. Pio Pio, were the guests of Mrs. Cullen’s sister, Mrs. W. E. Vesty, Croydon Road, recently. Mr. Herbert Freeman, who has been staying with Mr. H.. Craig, Mountain Road, has returned to Glen Afton. Misses K. and J. Thoms, Rutland Road, have returned home. . ■Mr. C; Jonson motored to. Wanganui on Saturday afternoon. ; ‘ ■j. Misb Gwen Alexander will .leave tonight for a holiday at Auckland.' ; Mesdames Bell and Crosby and Misses J. and V. Bell and A. Morrison were guests at the Jersey Club social on Thursday.
