EAST AND SOUTH-EAST WINDS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will still for the most part be fine, but some isolated showers are probable in the far north and south, says the 4 p.m. forecast. Cold night temperatures with inland frosts and fog may be expected on parts of the east coast. Anti-cyclones are located respectively over New Zealand and south-east Australia, while a shallow low-pressure trough lies between, over the middle portion of the Tasman Sea. Light and variable winds are probable, but mainly between easterly and north-easterly. Seas will be smooth to moderate.
