More efficient, non-glare light may be obtained from an electric lamp by equipping the bulb with a cobalt blueglass cap. The cap fits the large end of twenty-five, forty, sixty and seventyfive watt blubs. Eye-sight injury from the strain of sharp light is. prevented by the soft glow from a capped bulb.
