t;.; OAKURA RACE TO OPEN SEASON. The New Plymouth Amateur Cycling Club's road racing season will commence to-day with a sealed handicap event ’ from Windy Point to Oakura and back, ' commencing at two o’clock. Seven or eight riders are expected to take part.
