Mrs. F. Naismith and Mrs. Richards are expected back during the week-end from Gisborne, where they have been spending a holiday. Mrs. R. M. Stevens is motoring in the Hawke’s Bay district prior to going on to Auckland. Miss G. Heinold, Whenuakura, has left on a short vacation. Miss C. Honeyfield, who has been holidaying at Auckland, is the guest of Mrs. C. Honeyfield, Patea, before returning to Wellington. Miss Lieta Sutherland, whose marriage takes place shortly, was the guest of honour at a surprise party at her residence at Alton this week, when members of the Alton-Kakaramea Bible class visited her.
