. STATE THEATRE. double-feature programme. One of the most thrilling and colourful dramas of the year will conclude its season at the State Theatre to-night, together with “The Silver Streak. “Mystery Woman” offers an initial starring role to Mona Barrie, the arresting young actress from Australia who one year ago was brought to Hollywood by Fox. In the single year she has had important roles in seven films, including such successes as “Carolina,” “One Night of Love” and “Such Women are Dangerous,” but “Mystery Woman” brings her her first opportunity to head a cgst. Marvellous pictures of Colorado s Moffat Tunnel are included as. one of the highlight dramatic backgrounds of the R.K.0.-Radio newest thriller, The Silver Streak,” a supporting feature. Nation-wide interest has centred oh, the building of the Moffat Tunnel, which cuts off 175 miles from the length of the coast-to-coast Imes. The Burlington “Silver Streak, America’s - first Diesel-motored streamlined train, had the distinction of being the one to open the tunnel. This run was filmed for 'the story of Silver * The long-awaited “Little Minister” will open its season to-morrow.
