SCENE OF SWEEP DRAWS. SUSPICION OF INCENDIARISM. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 7 p.m. Dublin, April 24. The Plaza building, Dublin,' in the ballroom of which the Irish sweepstakes are drawn, was to-day destroyed by fire. Incendiarism is suspected. The building was completely gutted.
