The Riff warrior Mustapha El Raisuni, brother-in-law of Abdel Krim, arrived at Colombo to-day from India on his way to China and the Philippines. “My country,” he said, “has one problem—her freedom. My present mission is one of goodwill to unite the Moslem world.”
