DAMAGES AWARDED
LONDON DETECTIVES’ CLAIM. STORY TOLD IN JOHN BULL. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, March 20. Damages of £3OOO each were awarded to the ex-detectives Edgar Graham and Ernest Stenning, of the metropolitan police, who succeeded in a libel action against the journal John Bull, in which an article by an ex-convict accused them of accepting his bribes, blackmailing l|im and conspiring to share his profits.
