NEGLIGENCE PROVED
CLAIM AGAINST HAIRDRESSER. BURNS DURING PERMANENT WAVE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. ’ Damages of £25 were awarded the plaintiff by Mr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M., in a reserved decision given to-day in the case in which Mrs. Violet Eveline Towers claimed £5O from Ivan Riche, a hairdresser, for bums received while having her hair permanently waved. The magistrate said negligence might reasonably be inferred against the defendant.
