GENERAL BOOTH AT PERTH. By Telegraph-Press Assn. —Copyright Fremantle, March 13. General Evangeline Booth, world commandant of tlie Salvation Army, was a passenger by the Mooltan, which arrived yesterday. She is described as having a charming personality, a keen sense of humour, and frankness of speech. She was given a civic reception at the wharfside by the Mayor of Fremantle before going to Perth, where a similar gathering awaited her. She was given an ovation.
